Full price merchandise – You may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Sale merchandise – You may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

Final sale items – Items that are marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

We do not accept returns of items that show any signs of wear.

SJ Collection, LLC reserves the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet return policy requirements upon receipt of item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Merchandise and Errors in Shipping
If you receive the incorrect order, or if the item you received is damaged, we will replace the item or take the unworn item back for a full refund.
